 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - LOVE WILL NEVER BE FOREVER feelings are just like the weather- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Perci had found herself in her bedroom, getting dressed for the Halloween party. Oh how it was finally October 31 already. She had chosen a strapless sky blue dress with blue flats. As soon as she finished she went into the bathroom to fix her hair before making her way towards the nightstand to get her purse. She than proceeded to head out to catch a ride with some college friends. As soon as they arrived they headed straight for the dance floor. After a few minutes she took a break and headed towards the table that held food and drinks. Her friends continued dancing and a guy had approached her, with sweet words he told her that he could take her somewhere else that would be much more fun. At first she declined, viewing this as the best place to be but when he appeared to confess his feelings towards her and his desire to take her out for a drink, she caved in and followed him out. It wasn't because she had feelings for him but it would be rude to not give him a chance to change her mind. Plus she loved having a good drink. They arrived at his car and she got in the passenger side.
A few minutes of driving and she found herself questioning on where they were going. The guy wouldn't tell her but did answer with they were almost there. It was starting to become uncomfortable for her and she found herself interested in going back but the guy refused to turn the car around. Soon he parked the car and got out. She refused and when he had moved over to her side of the door she locked it. In her attempt to keep the car door locked, she found herself looking for her purse, only to realize she didn't have it on her. The plan had been to call the police but that was out as soon as she realized she didn't have her phone with her. The guy yanked the door open as soon as he managed to unlock it before grabbing her arm and pulling her out of the car. "Let me go!" She struggled but wasn't able to free herself from his grip and found herself being dragged by him. "Everybody is here now." He answered, pushing her towards a few other people in the center of the group. She noticed there were three girls and two boys.
"Here is how this works." The leader of the group started saying. "For you to join, you must bite them. This is the final challenge to join us." He answered, glancing towards her with a smirk on his face. Bite us? To join you? Who are all of you people? She thought to herself and without waiting for the leader of the group to say anymore she bolted. I have to get out of here! She thought to herself, hopeful that she wasn't being followed, of course footsteps could be heard from behind her.

[attr="class","unx"]  [attr="class","trex"][googlefont=Caveat]i'm thinking, you and i [googlefont=Bebas Neue] [attr="class","dox"]better just go with the flow his hands were shaking. was it because he was nervous or was it excitment that was flooding his system? the day he had been waiting for had finally arrived. he heard the constant rumors of how one joined the inner circle. you had to be invited and prove yourself. though no seemed to know how or if they did know. they weren't letting anyone in on the secret.
either way logan was prepared to do no matter what to join this group. he had completed all the other tasks so far to prove to them that he should be in the group. why he wanted to join at this point he had forgotten, he had managed to complete the taks with minimal effort, he was getting conceited. if all the other taks were so easy then surely this one would be a breeze too.
so when he found out what he had to do it was a bit of a shock and it seemed like he was't the only that was surprised. there were a few others that managed to complete the others tasks like him. they stood there looking at their prey.
his eyes moved towards the only one that seemed to move. soon the others that had been brought here were doing the same. the leader hadn't said a word as to when they could begin. the other's remained where they were until they were told to start.
logan counted the prey. it was clearly going to be a one for all. there wasn't enough to go around. he knew it would be easy to catch one of them. it was fighting the others for the first bite that was going to be a challenge. should he stay or should he go. his answers was given to him when he saw to wolves starting to attack each other. yeah it was time to go.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - LOVE WILL NEVER BE FOREVER feelings are just like the weather- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Perci had heard footsteps coming from behind here and she couldn't help but glance behind herself to see that two werewolves were following behind her. She attempted to breath in and out as she continued running. Screams could be heard from behind her and it was clear that somebody likely had been bitten, which meant they were werewolves. Well that explains it. That guy was talking about a pack and I'm bait along with the others. She thought to herself as she attempted to outrun them. One of the werewolves caught up and paced her from the side, she noticed the werewolf was attempting to get closer and when it had become in reach she punched it in the face. The werewolf backed off, trying to shake off the fact that it had been punched in the face while the other one continued following after her. I wonder if I should try climbing a tree. Would they even bother shifting back to try and get me? Maybe not. She thought to herself, looking for a tall tree that she could attempt to climb so that she could get out of reach of all of these werewolves. Soon one came into view and she didn't waste any time attempting to climb up it.
Sadly for her it meant a view for anybody nearby because she frankly was in a dress but she didn't have time to worry about modesty. The two werewolves that had been following her had circled around the tree briefly, clearly at a loss for how they could go about catching her. Now that she had a chance to realize her situation, pain could be felt in her hand. I think I broke it when I punched that werewolf... She thought to herself, unable to regret it right at the moment because they chased her after all.

[attr="class","unx"] [attr="class","trex"][googlefont=Caveat]i'm thinking, you and i [googlefont=Bebas Neue] [attr="class","dox"]better just go with the flow there wers six people and ten of them. he was willing to take his chances on one of the runners. though that didn't mean he wouldn't bee keeping his eye on any other wolf that approached him. at this point logan had yet to shift into his wolf form. he was biding his time. hopefully they didn't get a good look at him and he could blend in.
fear was all that should be running through their system and of course adrenaline. it was possible they would make a mistake. seeing someone like them and not a wolf. he could trick them into lowering their defenses and then he would strike.
though there was also the possibility that he wouldn't be alone in tracking his prey. he had stopped running when he heard something on his right. was he about to watch someone catch their prey and become part of the pack?
he moved under some cover and watched the scene unfold. he chuckled softly. whoever that was, they sure weren't going to give up with out a fight. he watched as she started to climb the tree. her predators circling below her. now the question was, how long was she going to last? should he wait it out and see what plays out? there was no way he could take both those wolves out. especially if they decided to gang up on him. or should he wait for them to attack each other?
surely he didn't have that much time to be waiting around in hopes that the prey would be up for grabs. even he wouldn't be that lucky. he would just have to keep going and circle back to her as a last resort.

Soon they darted off, she wasn't aware that another person had gone into the area and they were chasing after that person for the sake of biting them. She sighed as it seemed like she was alone. How long should I stay up here? It doesn't seem like they are willing to shift into a human to climb up after me. She thought to herself, thoughts wondering to those who were also being chased. It had been brief but she had an idea of who was being chased, unable to remember the faces of the werewolves because she had been too focused on her plans of trying to escape from here. I wish I had stayed at the dance... She thought to herself, hopeful that she'd be able to get out of here without any further distractions.

[attr="class","unx"] [attr="class","trex"][googlefont=Caveat]i'm thinking, you and i [googlefont=Bebas Neue] [attr="class","dox"]better just go with the flow not wanting to waste any more time waiting for the sitting duck, he took off in a different direction. he picked up another scent and started heading in that direction. it would be quicker if he shifted, but he was still saving that as a last resort. the others seemed to feral and hungry. logan wasn't like that. all they had said was to bite them. not to terrorize them. though of course even that was unavoidable.
he heard voices behind him and as he turned to look he saw two human figures running. was he about to get another lucky break? he thought to himself before he started to follow from a safe distance. it was also then he realized he wasn't alone. two familiar wolves rushed past him, not bothering to give him a second look.
it took him a second to realize that it was the same ones from before. had they claimed their prize? if so then why were they both together. he had been planning to checking on her later on. though what are the chances that she was still there? his curiosity got the better of him and he changed direction. as he ran, the only thought in his mind was that he was wasting time. well it was too late now. the last thing he needed was to keep running around in circles.
he slowed down when he started to pick up her scent once more. now the question was how he was going to approach her? he looked around making sure the coast was clear before looking up at the tree."hey!"he said trying not to be so loud."you should make a run for it. they might be coming back."

Being high up in the tree, clinging to a branch wasn't exactly how she wanted to spend her Halloween, but what could she do when there were clearly a bunch of werewolves chasing after them? She thought she was alone, she wasn't expecting anybody to come to the bottom of the tree. Logan was confusing. Why would he suggest that when they could easily find out and catch up to us? She thought to herself, staring down at him, not saying anything at all. Well what ever. He is just as much at risk of being bitten as I am and if I outrun him maybe my chances are even higher. She thought to herself as she slowly climbed down from the tree. As soon as she reached the ground, she lifted her other hand to try and touch his shoulder as means of encouraging him to come with her. "Lets go." She whispered, frankly not desiring to go alone, unaware that Logan was a werewolf.

[attr="class","unx"] [attr="class","trex"][googlefont=Caveat]i'm thinking, you and i [googlefont=Bebas Neue] [attr="class","dox"]better just go with the flow he wasn't expecting her to come down so quick or without asking a question. though she did seem to pause for a few seconds to consider his words. he hid the smile that appeared on his lips when she started to climb down. that was easier than he expected. he had been trying to look like he was winded from running and it seemed to have worked. she fell for his act. that he was just like her, just another victim. he needed to think less of them. they were just a means to an end. he wasn't going to let himself think about their lives outside of here.
they would be fine. it was just a bite after all. he held his hand out towards her in an attempt to help her down. though it seemed like she didn't need it. he felt her hand on his shoulder and simply nodded at her words. letting her take the lead."alright, let's go. i already went that way. let's go a different way."he told her as he pointed towards the opposite direction. he wanted to make sure no one else got to her.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - LOVE WILL NEVER BE FOREVER feelings are just like the weather- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Perci had already climbed down from the tree, prepared to touch Logan's shoulder to encourage him to come with her. Thoughts swirled in her mind, how she didn't remember seeing him as one of the victims but there was a chance that there was more than who she had first thought but than again, it slowly crossed her mind that werewolves have human forms too but he looked like a victim and that was the only reason why she hadn't bothered attempting to run away from Logan. She had lead the way because she felt like there was a chance of escaping from this direction. Little did she know that Logan was only getting started in fooling her for the sake of getting a bite. Pain shot through her hand and she was reminded that it hurt because she had punched that werewolf in the face. She rubbed her hand with her other hand as she lead the way.

[attr="class","unx"] [attr="class","trex"][googlefont=Caveat]i'm thinking, you and i [googlefont=Bebas Neue] [attr="class","dox"]better just go with the flow he slowly followed her as she lead the way. to where? he wasn't sure, but he was keeping his ears perked, he wasn't going to let anyone else take her from him. not when his plan was working do beautifully. she had let her guard down and didn't start asking him all sorts of questions. the less they talked the quick this would be. he was so close to finishing the last challenge. all he had to do was change. should he do it now?
he let her continue to walk ahead of him while he stopped to shift. he was going to keep following her. was it sick of him that he wanted to see her reaction? he was curious to see how long it would take her to run. of course he would give her a head start, but he wasn't planning on let her climb up a tree again.

Though she couldn't help but feel worried about Logan being picked off and chose to peek behind herself only to notice a werewolf was behind her. OMG, did they get him? She thought, attempting to run away from him. Or wait... am I sure that he wasn't a werewolf? I don't know what I was thinking! I was safer in the tree... I can't outrun him because he is faster than me. She thought to herself as she attempted to run near a tall tree with plans of trying to climb it. I'm so tired... She thought to herself, determined to bare through it.

[attr="class","unx"] [attr="class","trex"][googlefont=Caveat]i'm thinking, you and i [googlefont=Bebas Neue] [attr="class","dox"]better just go with the flow she made it too easy. which was surprising considering she had managed to escape not only from one werewolf, but two. he made sure he was right behind here atfirst planning the moment he would shift. her reaction was priceless. honestly he was lucky she hadn't remembered him from before. there had been so much going on and logan had made sure he wasn't front and center. he wasn't the type to be front and center to begin with. you don't show all your cards. obviously he had tricks up his sleeve, so to speak.
he let her go ahead of him enough so he could be quick with his shifting. the fact that it had taken her sometime to realize what had happened was rather amusing to him. of course he knew that she would try to make a run for it. he wasn't going to let her escape or chase her up a tree like those others.
he ran along side her as he tried to get in between her and the tree. he wasn't going to let her get away that easily. not when he was this close to completing the challenge. she was the only thing that stood between him and the pack."come on, don't give up yet."he teased.

It seemed that he must have figured out that she was attempting to go towards a tree because he was making every effort as much as possible to keep her from going up there. He must have missed me punching that werewolf. She thought to herself, rubbing her hand as she tried running away from him. I can't afford to punch him. My hand hurts and I need my other one. She thought to herself, unsure of what all her options were at this point. The idea of fighting back with her powers hadn't even crossed her mind as she continued trying to run away from him. Logan made his comment and she found herself attempting to use elemental magic, despite it being difficult with her broken hand.

"what are you planning?"logan continued to tease.
surely she had to get tired of running eventually. though even he knew when someone got a burst of adrenaline it was like they were a different person, but even then that would eventually run out."i'll make it quick."

Trying to use the gestures was difficult because of her broken hand, not to mention the fact that she was still trying to run away from Logan. She suddenly came to a stop, tired from all of the running. "No." She panted as she tried one more time to use elemental magic. Come on.... Endure the pain. She thought to herself as she tried using gestures. So tired... She thought to herself, feeling exhausted from all of this running.
